large scale casting and machining needs of world class automotive

casting, precision machining, surface treat and assembling. The production base has a total land area of 30,000 square meters and building area of 22,000 square meters. We have 17 die casting machines from 88 MT to 1400 MT locking force. The brand new 1400MT Buhler die casting machine is one of the best die casting machine in the world. The production base has a total area of 10,000 square meters and building area is 4,000 square meters. 20 injection machines from 30KN to 4680KN are capable of producing parts up to 1600 grams with weight varying ±0.1grams and dimension tolerance as tight as 0.005mm. |
